started the business of outsourcing

I established ATOP China in Oct. 2005, and started the business of outsourcing in German market. I ran the outsourcing business from zero to a stable business, and had multiple chi hair straightener incomes based on core competency. My achievements in ATOP are mainly below: 1.I finished the business plan of outsourcing in Europe market in Sep, 2005, and got initial fund in very short cheap polo shirts time.2. I signed the cooperation agreement with atop GmbH, which is a German local software service provider, and became the strategic partner in China.3. I went to Germany and started the marketing study and plan with my colleagues in ATOP GmbH, and finally I finalized the objective ralph lauren polo shirts market of e-Commerce clients, and finished the overall business plan, marketing & sales plan and most of the marketing materials.4. After I returned in 2006, I started the domestic operations, including building management and delivery team, establish domestic partner program, which helped domestic partners to be the backup delivery team of ATOP.5. The staff-size of ATOP was over 40.6.As the business of outsourcing was growing steadily and the monthly revenue exceeded €50000, I started domestic business. Firstly I developed e-Commerce platform and MIS for SME customers. On the other hand, ATOP became general agent in Central China of Bentley, which is a main vendor of engineering design Lacoste Polo Shirts software in the world. ATOP built a domestic solution based on ProjectWise, one of Bentley's management software, and successfully won valuable clients such as Wuhan Iron & Steel Group.
